I really appreciated how close the Town East Mall was, just a short walk away, and the easy access to the Mesquite Arena made it perfect for catching an event without hassle. The front desk staff could improve on their communication skills and efficiency.

We were in a particularly good location so close to Luna Lodge, Dallas, and Mesquite.

The bed was super comfy, and I loved the cozy decor! Best part? The shower's water pressure was fantastic. I would definitely come back again!

I gotta say, the convenience of the location was helpful. I was right next to some essential spots, made getting around easy. Got a little lost on the first night and a staff member actually walked me to my destination, can't beat that, right?

The only redeeming factor was the convenience of the location. Unfortunately, the room was a disaster. The overwhelming smell was unbearable, and the broken toilet seat compounded my discomfort. The outdated TV didn't function, and the mattress was worse than what you'd find in a dumpster. An immediate escape to a nearby hotel was the only solution.
